1. No jutsu is without a fault. Make sure that you give it some kind of drawback.
2. All bloodlines must be PM'd to me or my custom mod and we'll add it to the bloodline list if it approves.
3. Be creative with your bloodlines and jutsus please.
4. If it isn't a custom jutsu, but you put it on there because we don' have it in the database, I thank you.
5. You can only make jutsu after you reach the level of Genin.
6. If you make a jutsu that is too advanced for your rank you can't use it until you reach that level.
